Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering to implement required product features.

• Lead multiple simultaneous cross-functional projects and programs.

• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in program management or a related role at a high-performing product company.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and execute complex projects.

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including the ability to influence without authority.

• Experience organizing, implementing, and managing complex programs and projects.

• Ability to manage trade-offs, balance competing priorities, and adapt when circumstances or decisions change.

• Strong interest in AI systems; direct AI/ML experience is valued but not required.
