Develop and productionize innovative AI solutions, bridging research with real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate AI techniques for data development, including synthetic data and LLM-as-a-Judge.

• Build scalable, end-to-end AI workflows and prototypes.

• Write maintainable, production-quality code.

• Test solutions with design partners and respond to customer needs.

• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and industry partners.

Requirements

• Strong AI/ML, NLP, multimodal, LLM, and generative AI expertise.

• Experience developing and deploying AI models at scale.

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, or Scikit-learn.

• Software engineering and version-control experience.

• Familiarity with ML infrastructure, AWS/Google Cloud, GPUs, or TPUs.

• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and open-ended problems.

• PhD in ML or a related field with strong publications preferred; equivalent industry or research experience accepted.
