Overview
micro1 is seeking 30 remote contractor QA Engineers with hands-on experience testing 2D design, animation, illustration, or other creative applications. The work focuses on evaluating real-world workflows to help improve the quality and reliability of AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Test 2D and creative applications using realistic user workflows.
- Identify bugs, usability issues, inconsistencies, and unexpected behavior.
- Create and run test cases across different features and workflows.
- Reproduce issues and document clear steps, expected results, and actual results.
- Test edge cases and more complex workflows used by designers, illustrators, and animators.
- Provide feedback on application functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with the team to improve testing quality and coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in QA, software testing, or application testing.
- Hands-on experience with 2D, design, animation, illustration, or other creative software.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, After Effects, Animate, or similar applications.
- Experience with manual and functional testing, test case creation, and bug reporting.
- Strong ability to spot visual and functional issues.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
