Role Overview

Support end-to-end delivery of GenAI projects, ensuring task configuration, contributor performance, and data quality meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workstreams covering productivity, qualification, training, and contributor communications.

• Deliver annotation and QA during POC and pilot phases.

• Analyze datasets to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

• Support Project Managers and Client Partners in client meetings, workshops, QBRs, and updates.

• Manage guideline version control and contributor change communications.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data quality, QA, and annotation workflows in GenAI or related AI fields.

• Ability to create clear contributor guidelines and FAQs.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with ownership and attention to quality.
