Role

Manage multilingual data projects from scoping through delivery, working with clients and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and delivery.

• Coordinate data scientists, engineers, linguists, and localization teams.

• Assign tasks, track progress, and manage project risks.

• Implement data quality controls and feedback processes.

• Manage workflows and monitor project performance.

• Handle client communication, requirements, reporting, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in data project management or related work.

• Experience managing multilingual/culturally diverse teams.

• Familiarity with data annotation tools and NLP/AI platforms.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.

• Data solutions experience (annotation, collection, data quality, etc.) highly preferred.
