Surge AI is hiring a Generative AI Generalist to optimize product development and delivery operations. You’ll work across product, engineering, and operations to improve coordination, processes, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product operations and ensure timely delivery of features and customer-facing solutions.

• Work with product and engineering teams to align operational processes with product goals.

• Establish, track, and optimize performance metrics.

• Manage internal and external communication around product updates.

• Identify and resolve operational roadblocks.

• Use data-driven insights to improve operational strategies and product support.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills focused on operational efficiency and product delivery.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to translate complex processes into actionable steps.

• Interest in AI/ML systems is a plus but not required.
