Role Overview

V7 is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of sales and product, helping enterprise customers implement AI solutions using V7 Go.

You’ll support complex deals, build customer workflows, lead technical implementations, and help customers achieve value quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery, design solutions, and lead POCs alongside Account Executives.

• Own customer onboarding and help customers reach first value quickly.

• Build and implement V7 Go workflows using prompt engineering, data pipelines, and integrations.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer accounts.

• Solve complex technical challenges and identify expansion opportunities.

• Manage up to 10 concurrent projects.

• Share customer insights with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong customer-facing technical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience delivering LLM projects for customers, including areas such as:

  • LLM API integration

  • Foundation models

  • Solutions design and architecture

  • Cloud provider integrations

  • Prompt engineering

  • AI accuracy measurement

• Strong Python development skills.

• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers.

• Ability to develop and communicate AI solution visions to technical and business stakeholders.

• Ability to connect AI solutions and value propositions to customer business needs.
