About this opportunity
Overview
We are looking for DevOps engineers to help train and evaluate AI models on infrastructure, deployment, and reliability work. The role focuses on building and validating infrastructure and CI/CD tasks, reviewing AI-generated configurations and scripts, and producing clear step-by-step solutions for deployment and reliability issues.
What You'll Do
- Build and validate infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tasks using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, with reference solutions.
- Evaluate AI-generated configurations, scripts, and pipelines for correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Reproduce and diagnose deployment and reliability problems and document step-by-step solutions.
- Review model advice on monitoring, incident response, and cloud architecture for accuracy.
- Write automated checks that verify solutions.
- Provide written feedback on recurring failure patterns.
- Participate in calibration and review sessions and incorporate feedback to maintain quality consistency.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering.
- Strong Linux experience and hands-on familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience, such as Terraform, and Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Fluent written English.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay reliable and detail-oriented in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud certification in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Production experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with security hardening and observability.
