Job Description
SpaceXAI is hiring experienced software engineers to help train and improve AI coding models by creating code examples, evaluating AI-generated code, providing solutions, and refining software for quality, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Create and curate high-quality code examples for AI training.
- Evaluate and correct AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide precise programming solutions and feedback.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve AI coding systems.
- Apply software engineering standards for testing, security, accessibility, and reliability.
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Deep expertise in at least one programming language.
- Strong knowledge of relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Understanding of software design, optimization, debugging, and profiling.
- Experience with testing frameworks and development tools.
- Strong logical reasoning, adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with analytics, monitoring, and security practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, authentication, and backend systems.
