Overview
micro1 is seeking 1000 Video Data Annotators for a remote contractor project supporting the development of artificial intelligence systems. The work centers on high-quality review, annotation, and evaluation of short multimedia clips to help improve AI model performance. No prior AI experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Review and annotate short video and audio clips according to project-specific instructions.
- Check AI-generated descriptions for accuracy and suitability across multimedia content.
- Review content against moderation guidelines and flag uncertain or inappropriate material with clear reasoning.
- Write concise feedback that identifies inaccuracies, ambiguities, or issues in AI outputs.
- Maintain consistency and precision across large volumes of submissions.
- Work remotely with project managers and other specialists to clarify guidelines and support process improvements.
- Protect project data and follow confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video annotation, audio annotation, content labeling, or content moderation.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- High attention to visual and audio detail with a track record of accurate annotation.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing instructions or project needs.
- Familiarity with guideline-based evaluation and quality assurance practices.
- Proactive mindset for process improvement and sharing best practices in remote work.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
