Overview
micro1 is seeking Turkish Bilingual Experts for a remote language and AI training project supporting a customer. The role focuses on evaluating Turkish audio and helping improve AI systems with high-quality linguistic judgment. There are 100 openings.
What You'll Do
- Review Turkish audio clips and assess whether the speaker or model output sounds native and fluent.
- Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and overall linguistic authenticity using provided guidelines.
- Write clear feedback in English and explain the reasoning behind each assessment.
- Work with project coordinators to resolve unclear or ambiguous language cases.
- Contribute input that helps improve Turkish language understanding and generation in AI models.
- Complete audio review tasks accurately and on time while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Native-level Turkish proficiency.
- At least B2-level English proficiency for written and spoken communication.
- Strong ability to notice fine language differences and explain them clearly.
- Comfort with written documentation and verbal communication in English.
Preferred Background
- Experience or training in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or a related field.
- Prior exposure to audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment.
- Experience in media, communications, or teaching is an advantage.
