Overview
DataAnnotation Canada is seeking an experienced bilingual professional fluent in Hebrew and English to help train AI models. This remote role focuses on using your language expertise to create realistic language tasks, evaluate model outputs, and identify where responses are accurate, natural, or needing improvement.
What You'll Do
- Write challenging, realistic prompts and conversations in Hebrew and English based on your own experience, such as translation examples, customer support exchanges, article edits, or lesson plans.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, register, and how well they follow the request.
- Compare two AI responses to the same prompt and determine which one performs better and why.
- Critique AI-generated translations, conversations, summaries, and written content with clear reasoning.
- Identify concrete issues such as mistranslations, overly literal phrasing, incorrect gender or verb agreement, unnatural word choice, cultural mistakes, or ignored instructions.
- Contribute across a wide range of language tasks and subject areas.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
- Experience as a bilingual professional.
- Strong judgment for evaluating whether language is correct, natural, and culturally appropriate.
- Ability to explain evaluation decisions clearly in writing.
