Remoat Teams is hiring a Transcript Editor (Contract) to turn machine-generated transcripts from earnings calls and expert-network calls into clean, publishable records. The work is remote, paid per task, and has clear quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Edit transcripts for accuracy, speaker labeling, and formatting in line with the provided style guide.
- Review first-draft transcripts and bring them to a publishable, compliance-grade standard.
- Identify and flag audio-quality issues and terminology problems back to the pipeline.
Requirements
- Native-level English.
- Strong ear for finance terminology.
- Demonstrable accuracy in editing under deadline pressure.
Nice to Have
- Background in finance, journalism, or professional transcription.
