Overview
micro1 is seeking Thai Bilingual Experts for a remote language and AI training project. This role supports the development of next-generation AI systems through high-quality Thai language review and audio evaluation. There are 100 openings, and no prior AI experience is required if you have the relevant language expertise.
What You'll Do
- Listen to Thai audio clips and judge the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
- Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, and overall linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
- Write clear, concise assessment notes in English.
- Explain your evaluation decisions with specific justifications to keep results consistent and understandable.
- Work with project coordinators to resolve questions or clarify language requirements.
- Share observations that help improve Thai language understanding and generation in AI models.
- Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native-level Thai proficiency with strong spoken and written command.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for both written and verbal communication.
- Background in voice, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is valuable.
- Ability to notice fine language differences and describe them clearly.
- Experience in media, communications, or teaching is an asset.
