Role Overview
Surge AI is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead to optimize and scale data collection, processing, and management systems. You’ll work across engineering, product, and operations to improve data pipelines for speed, quality, and reliability.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end data operations, from collection and processing to delivery.
Work with product and engineering teams to improve data pipelines and system-wide data flow.
Establish and monitor data quality metrics for AI training data.
Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement improvements.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights for decision-making and product development.
Requirements
Strong technical skills and experience managing data pipelines and data quality.
Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to process improvement.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Interest in AI/ML systems is a plus but not required.
