Role Overview

Lead strategic finance AI pilots and research projects from scoping through operationalization, ensuring financial quality, feasibility, and cost standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial AI pilots and validate emerging use cases.

• Guide the use of market data, financial statements, filings, disclosures, and quantitative/risk models for AI training and evaluation.

• Develop workflows, expert requirements, and quality standards for scalable projects.

• Collaborate with researchers and global delivery teams.

Requirements

• Strong background in finance, financial engineering, economics, or accounting.

• 2+ years leading complex projects, operational workflows, or finance initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of financial data, markets, accounting, or modeling.

• Ability to assess whether datasets are fit for purpose.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to Have

1. AI/ML, AI lab, data annotation, or evaluation experience

2. Experience managing finance-focused, technical, or data-intensive projects.

3. Familiarity with data pipelines, AI training, model evaluation, or human-in-the-loop operations.
