Job Description
Turing is hiring experienced Spanish Voice Actors for a professional voice recording project. Selected contributors will record scripted Spanish audio and deliver clean, edited, studio-quality recordings.
The project pays $200 per finished hour of audio, with an additional $20 one-time onboarding and setup payment for a process expected to take no more than one hour.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of professional voice acting or recording experience and access to a high-quality recording setup.
What You’ll Do
- Record Spanish voice-over content using a professional home studio or approved studio setup.
- Perform scripts with appropriate clarity, emotion, tone, and pacing.
- Adapt your vocal style to different audiences and content formats.
- Interpret scripts and follow creative direction.
- Revise performances when required based on feedback.
- Edit, clean up, and master recordings according to project instructions.
- Deliver completed audio files in the required format and within deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional Spanish voice acting experience.
- Excellent Spanish pronunciation, diction, and fluency.
- Proven portfolio or samples demonstrating professional-quality recordings.
- Strong vocal range and ability to adapt to different styles.
- Experience with microphone techniques and recording best practices.
- Basic audio editing skills, including noise reduction, leveling, and file formatting.
- Access to a high-quality microphone and professional recording setup.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage quick turnaround times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dubbing, ADR, or localization.
- Demo reel showcasing different voice styles.
- Acting or performing arts background.
- Familiarity with professional audio editing tools.
Application Process
Candidates will first be shortlisted based on their professional experience and qualifications.
Selected candidates will then be required to submit a short 30-second demo recording for evaluation.
Payment Details
The project pays $200 per finished hour of audio. A “finished hour” refers to the final audio after required editing, mastering, and cleanup have been completed according to the provided scripts and instructions.
There is also a $20 one-time onboarding and setup payment, with onboarding expected to take no more than one hour.
