Senior Accounting & Finance Expert – AI Project

Job Description

Turing is hiring Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals with extensive experience advising businesses and working with financial data.

The role is particularly suited to experienced CFOs, Financial Controllers, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, Financial Consultants, and other senior finance professionals who have supported small and medium-sized businesses.

You’ll handle both general financial inquiries and more complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions requiring strong analytical and advisory judgment.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial data and provide accounting guidance.
• Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions.
• Provide recommendations based on financial information and business context.
• Apply professional accounting and finance expertise to challenging scenarios.
• Support work involving QuickBooks Online (QBO) and chat-based financial assistance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or a related field.
• Senior-level finance experience, such as CFO, Financial Controller, Finance Director, VP of Finance, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Experience supporting or advising SMB clients or business owners on accounting and financial matters.
• Experience working with or advising at least three organizations.
• Ability to handle complex accounting and finance-related questions.
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interpreting financial data and providing practical recommendations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience advising US-based small and medium-sized businesses.
• SMB ownership experience.
• Hands-on responsibility for managing business finances.
