Overview
RWS is looking for a remote Search Engine Evaluator to help test and evaluate how search engines respond to everyday queries from real users. The work supports improvements to AI data and the search experience used across online products. This role is intended for people in Mexico who are comfortable working from home and can follow a flexible weekly schedule.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate search engine results for everyday search queries.
- Review and provide feedback on search-related outputs to help improve AI data.
- Contribute to quality work across assignments that may involve text, audio, images, and video.
- Maintain accuracy and quality standards while working independently from home.
Requirements
- Currently reside in Mexico.
- Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (Mexico).
- Comfortable with online research and assessing information for relevance.
- Interest in popular culture as it is experienced in Mexico.
- Able to commit to at least 5 hours per week and up to 20 hours per week.
- Must be able to maintain quality and accuracy SLAs.
- Must sign and follow the project NDA.
- Must pass client training modules and the required test before starting.
- Have a smartphone, a personal computer, reliable internet access, and reliable antivirus software.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
Schedule & Work Setup
- Remote, work from home.
- Flexible part-time schedule, with an example range of 8 to 20 hours per week and an average of about 15 hours weekly.
- Role is suited to freelancers, students, stay-at-home parents, and others seeking flexible remote work.
