Russian Bilingual Expert

Overview

micro1 is seeking 100 Russian Bilingual Experts for a remote contractor role supporting a language and AI training project. The work focuses on helping improve how AI systems understand and generate Russian through high-quality audio review and written evaluation. No prior AI experience is required; strong domain knowledge and language judgment are the key requirements.

Scope of Work

• Listen to Russian audio clips and evaluate the speaker or model output for nativeness and fluency.
• Review pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Write clear, concise feedback in English that explains the evaluation and the key linguistic factors considered.
• Provide detailed justifications so assessments are consistent and easy to review.
• Work with project coordinators to resolve ambiguities or clarify task requirements.
• Contribute observations that support improvements to Russian language understanding and generation in AI models.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native-level Russian proficiency, including strong spoken and written command of the language.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment.
• Strong ability to identify subtle language differences and document them clearly.
• Comfort communicating clearly and accurately in both written and verbal form.
• Exposure to media, communications, or teaching is a plus.
