About the Role
Toloka is seeking a Program Director to lead and scale complex AI data programs across a major client portfolio or service vertical. You will own program strategy and end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, budget, and gross margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple complex AI, LLM, automation, analytics, and data initiatives from strategy through delivery.
Translate business challenges into technical workstreams and solution architectures.
Establish program governance, risk management, executive communications, and operating rhythms.
Provide technical oversight for AI solution design, scalability, security, and delivery.
Embed responsible AI practices, including privacy, bias mitigation, model monitoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Manage vendors and partners and lead cross-functional teams.
Mentor PMs, technical leads, and data scientists while driving delivery improvements.
Requirements
10+ years of technology consulting and delivery experience.
Significant experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or another top-tier technology, digital, or data consulting firm.
5+ years leading large, multi-disciplinary technology programs.
Experience delivering AI, ML, LLM, data, or analytics solutions into production.
Hands-on background in Software Engineering or Data Science, including the ability to read code and support technical decisions.
Experience with technologies such as Python or Java.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of the LLM lifecycle and ability to drive process improvements.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year for US candidates.
Compensation varies based on location, experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
May include bonus, commission, or equity, where applicable.
Paid PTO and benefits vary by location.
Remote work, with hybrid options for candidates based in the Netherlands or Serbia.
