Overview
micro1 is seeking 100 Polish Bilingual Experts for a remote contractor project supporting language and AI training for a valued customer. The work focuses on helping improve how AI systems understand and generate Polish through high-quality audio review and written assessment. No prior AI experience is required; relevant language expertise is the key requirement.
Scope of Work
- Listen to Polish audio clips and evaluate the speaker's or model's nativeness and fluency.
- Review pronunciation, intonation, and overall linguistic authenticity against provided guidelines.
- Write clear, concise assessment notes in English, including the main linguistic factors that influenced your judgment.
- Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to support consistency and clarity.
- Coordinate with project leads to clarify instructions or resolve language-related ambiguities.
- Share observations that can help improve AI performance in Polish language understanding and generation.
- Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time while maintaining high quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native-level Polish proficiency with strong spoken and written command.
- At least B2-level English proficiency for written and verbal communication.
- Experience or background in voice work, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or a related area is preferred.
- Prior experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic evaluation is highly valued.
- Ability to distinguish subtle language differences and explain them clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in media, communications, or teaching is a plus.
