LLM Annotator - Vietnamese

Overview

Turing is seeking experienced professionals with strong LLM expertise, analytical ability, and Vietnamese language proficiency to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The role is remote and is suited to people who enjoy creating high-quality prompts, evaluating model outputs, and solving complex multi-step problems. Shortlisted candidates will complete an assessment before starting.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, accurate prompts for LLM-based systems.
• Create prompts that test information retrieval, reasoning, calculations, and instruction following.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses against defined criteria.
• Spot errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve model performance.
• Work with business documents, structured data, and other source materials to build realistic evaluation tasks.
• Follow project guidelines carefully while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Native or professional-level Vietnamese proficiency.
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
• Master’s degree or higher in any field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, AI training, or evaluation.
• Experience with RLHF / human feedback.
• Background in data annotation or labeling.
• Exposure to generative AI or content/model quality evaluation.
• Background in film studies, cinematography, or media production.
• Familiarity with genres such as drama, documentary, gaming, or podcast/lifestyle content.
