Graphic Design Expert

Role

• Review and rate graphic design samples to help train AI models to evaluate visual design quality.
• Evaluate typography, visual hierarchy, color, layout, composition, design elements, and overall effectiveness.
• Apply standardized 1–5 rating scales across hundreds of examples.
• Follow detailed guidelines and participate in weekly calibration sessions.
• Meet quality and consistency benchmarks while handling high volumes of work.

Requirements

• Formal training in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, OR 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to objectively evaluate design against established principles.
• Strong attention to detail, focus, communication, and consistency.
• Comfortable with repetitive evaluation work and independent remote tasks.
• Minimum 10 hours/week availability for at least 3 months.

Preferred

• Design portfolio.
• Experience in design review, art direction, or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility and inclusive design.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Prior annotation, content moderation, or quality evaluation experience.
• Knowledge of branding, editorial, digital, or UX/UI design.
• Exposure to AI/ML, computer vision, design systems, or component libraries.
