TELUS Digital is building a global community of experts to evaluate, challenge, and improve advanced AI systems. This is an expert AI evaluation role, not traditional data annotation.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate AI-generated responses against defined criteria.
Identify factual, technical, linguistic, and reasoning errors.
Compare AI responses and determine which is stronger.
Assess accuracy, relevance, logic, safety, and instruction following.
Identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, vulnerabilities, and potential risks.
Provide clear, structured expert feedback.
Areas of Expertise
Opportunities are available across AI/ML, LLMs, mathematics, science, engineering, linguistics, cybersecurity, psychology, law, healthcare, finance, education, business, and other specialist fields.
Who Can Apply?
The opportunity is open to university students, recent graduates, researchers, academics, industry professionals, subject-matter experts, and AI/ML practitioners. A degree specifically titled Artificial Intelligence is not required; strong subject-matter expertise and analytical ability are key.
Assessment
Applicants must complete a subject-specific qualification exam and ID verification.
