Role

Create and refine high-quality text, image and video datasets for LLMs, ensuring AI outputs are accurate, safe and culturally relevant to the Israeli market.

Responsibilities

• Annotate text, image and video data according to project guidelines

• Generate accurate annotations and handle ambiguous cases using critical thinking

• Identify and report tool issues, bugs and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with Language Leads, Project Managers and technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years’ experience in data annotation, linguistic data or AI/ML projects

• Experience with annotation tools and platforms

• Strong understanding of language, grammar, style and cultural nuances

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and fast-paced environments

• Experience creating or annotating complex data for LLM training

• Familiarity with sensitive or nuanced content

• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and principles
