Role Overview
DataAnnotation is seeking Data Scientists to evaluate AI-generated analyses on real datasets. You will assess statistical methods, assumptions and conclusions, identify weaknesses in AI reasoning, and provide rigorous analyses and written feedback.
Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated data analyses, including methodology, assumptions and conclusions.
Identify statistical issues such as data leakage, p-hacking, confounded comparisons and incorrect reasoning.
Review whether conclusions are supported by the available data.
Produce improved analyses using sound methodology.
Clearly communicate uncertainty and provide accurate, understandable takeaways.
Write detailed judgments and explanations to help improve AI models.

Requirements
Professional, academic or serious independent experience conducting real data analysis.
Familiarity with standard data analysis tools and workflows.
Fluency in Python, SQL and notebooks for most tasks.

Ability to clearly explain statistical reasoning and analysis.
No degree is required.
