Corporate Attorney

Overview

As a Corporate Attorney, you’ll evaluate AI work on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and governance, checking whether the terms fit together, protect the client, and reflect sound deal logic. You’ll also rewrite provisions when the model falls short, bringing the discipline of a careful transactional lawyer to the work.

What You’ll Do

• Draft prompts that test how models handle merger agreements, financings, corporate governance, and deal structuring.
• Review AI output for mismatched covenants, closing conditions that do not align with related obligations, risk allocation issues, and boilerplate that does not fit the deal.
• Assess the reasoning behind model responses and rate their quality.
• Write the correct provision when needed, using careful transactional judgment.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on transactional experience in M&A, capital markets, venture financings, or general corporate work.
• Strong judgment for how deal terms fit together and where risk actually sits.
• Clear written English, since explanations are part of the training signal.
• No degree required; the focus is on what you can do.
