Overview
Pila8 is seeking contributors for fully remote conversational recording work in English. The role involves guided speech-recording sessions designed to capture natural, high-quality conversations that can be used to train AI systems. Contributors may be considered for active English-language projects after a quick application and any required onboarding or qualification steps.
What You'll Do
- Take part in natural English conversations based on prompts, assigned topics, or structured scenarios.
- Speak clearly and naturally so recordings are easy to understand and suitable for AI training workflows.
- Follow the time, topic, and format requirements set for each session.
- Maintain strong audio quality throughout the recording.
- Submit any required metadata, confirmations, or follow-up details accurately.
Requirements
- English is required for all work on this page.
- Comfort speaking naturally and clearly in English during guided conversation tasks.
- Ability to respond clearly in real time when the workflow requires it.
- Strong spoken communication and listening skills.
- A quiet environment with minimal background noise or interruptions.
- A stable device and internet connection when needed for the workflow.
- Ability to follow prompts, timing rules, and project instructions carefully.
Equipment & Recording Environment
- A phone or computer that can capture speech clearly and reliably.
- Optional headphones or a headset, especially for longer or partner-based sessions.
- Stable internet for uploads or live coordination.
- Enough uninterrupted time to complete the session in one sitting when required.
- A quiet indoor space where people, televisions, appliances, traffic, or echo will not disrupt audio quality.
