Job Description

Turing is hiring Vietnamese and English-speaking Business Analysts to help train and improve large language models (LLMs).

The role involves solving analytical problems, researching and validating information, breaking complex content into logical components, and creating scenarios that help AI models improve their reasoning capabilities.

No specialized domain experience is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer analytical and logical reasoning questions used to train AI models.
  • Create scenarios and examples that challenge and improve LLM reasoning.
  • Read and summarize large amounts of information.
  • Break complex content into smaller, logical components.
  • Conduct online research and validate claims using reliable information.
  • Analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
  • Provide detailed annotations, explanations, and constructive feedback.
  • Work with LLMs to solve analytical problems and reasoning tasks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good online research skills.
  • Ability to provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback.
  • Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to accommodate the required overlap with U.S. working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate studies in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Candidates without a bachelor’s degree may also be considered if they have relevant experience.
  • Professional writing experience, such as business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Strong data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills.

Application Process

  1. Shortlisted candidates complete an automated analytical challenge.
  2. Successful candidates proceed to an English business writing assessment.
  3. Complete a language proficiency assessment.
  4. Candidates who successfully complete the assessments can proceed to the project.

Contract Details

This is a 1-month remote contractor/freelance assignment, with potential for extension depending on performance and project requirements.

Availability of up to 40 hours per week is preferred, with approximately 2–5 hours per day of overlap with UTC-8 (America/Los Angeles) required.
