Role

Transcribe English audio accurately while following project-specific guidelines and deadlines. Tasks may include conversations, calls, and other recordings, as well as assessing sensitive content and AI-generated outputs where required.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe and review English audio.

• Identify sensitive, personal, or policy-related content.

• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and risk.

• Follow updated annotation guidelines.

• Meet quality and deadline targets.

• Escalate unclear cases and technical issues.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong listening and attention to detail.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Previous transcription/audio annotation experience is a plus.

• Computer, good headphones, and stable internet.
