Welo Data is looking for detail-oriented Audio Raters to evaluate conversations between users and AI voice agents. This freelance remote role is based in Australia and involves reviewing recorded interactions and assessing the quality of the agent’s responses across content and voice delivery. The project is listed as starting as soon as possible, with an expected commitment of about 10 hours per week.

What You'll Do
- Listen to recorded conversations between a person and an AI voice agent.
- Rate each agent turn on two separate 1–5 scales.
- Evaluate content for helpfulness, relevance, and appropriateness.
- Evaluate prosody for naturalness, pacing, and expressiveness.
- Write short, specific, and clear justifications for each score you assign.
