Role

Help train and improve AI coding systems by evaluating AI-generated code and providing high-quality programming solutions and corrections.

Responsibilities

• Curate code examples and evaluate AI-generated code
• Refine code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Apply software engineering standards and best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve AI coding solutions

Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in at least one programming language
• Strong knowledge of relevant frameworks and libraries
• Experience with software design, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Understanding of security, accessibility, and reliability practices

Preferred: Docker, APIs, databases, authentication, monitoring, analytics, and security experience.
