Agentic Audio Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Overview

This freelance AI trainer project focuses on assessing and benchmarking advanced agentic audio models against leading systems. The work centers on evaluating how well the models perform in realistic customer support scenarios and helping improve performance for real-world use cases.

The role is remote and contract-based. Compensation is listed as an hourly range, with the final rate determined after review of your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Contractors are expected to provide their own secure computer and high-speed internet, and company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.

Responsibilities

• Create and run role-play evaluation scenarios that simulate customer service interactions.
• Cover multiple support domains, including flight bookings and travel support, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
• Help build diverse and representative datasets used to assess conversational audio agents.
• Review model performance using standardized qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Assess whether outputs meet customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural conversational flow.

Requirements

• Access to a high-quality microphone for clean audio input.
• Comfort working with structured prompts, evaluation rubrics, and technical guidelines.
• A device capable of running audio recording software and opening large technical documentation.
